Security Office

The Security watches over the staff, students and Institution's Property in general to maintain surveillance around the Campus in order to forestall breaches

Function

The function of the internal Security Department is to protect life and property, enforce rules and regulations of the institution. Other function includes:

1. Supervising a number of Watchmen and Security guards within the Institution.

2. Gathering of relevant information and intelligence for maintenance of internal Security.

3. Maintaining proper records of security equipment.

4. Arranging for drills and parades from time to time

5. To report on the activities of other security personnel or suspicious characters on Campus.

6. To interrogate and interview suspicious character to obtain information within the confines of law.

7. To evolve security framework that will ensure safety of life and property and serve as deterrent to security breaches and lawlessness.
